This notice describes how Lp2AI Srls processes personal data of users who visit the website lp2ai.it, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018.

2. Data collected

Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and access timestamps — collected automatically by web servers for technical and security purposes.
Voluntarily provided data: name, surname, email address, and company name submitted through the website contact form.
No special category data (sensitive data) or data relating to minors is collected.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Responding to contact requests and providing information about services — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 §1 lit. b GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6 §1 lit. c GDPR).
Site security and fraud prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6 §1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Processing methods and retention

Data is processed using electronic and telematic tools, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.
Contact form data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, and thereafter for a maximum of 24 months, unless required by law.
Browsing data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Data sharing and transfer

Data is not shared with or sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to technical service providers (e.g. hosting, transactional email) acting as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR, bound by appropriate agreements.
Data is not transferred to non-EU countries, except in compliance with the safeguards set out in Arts. 44–49 GDPR.

The website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required for page functionality. No profiling or third-party advertising cookies are used.
